Most items may be returned within 15 days (Wholesalers) and 3 days (Detail sales) after the ship date for a refund. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order. Returned items for adjustment and modifications will be only accepted 15 days (Wholesalers) and 3 days from the time of delivery for initial feedback. This help us to maintain the integrity of the product and familiarity with the order as we work it. If there is a problem with workmanship or you have a problem with your product outside this time frame, please give us a call and we will determine what can be done.
Please call for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, it is a must in order to return your products. We can not accept responsibility if the order can not be tracked in our factory once it is returned back to us. CANCELLATIONS: All custom boots/belts are made and assembled to your order specifications. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once the materials have been cut or 7 days after the order date whichever comes first. (Detail sales) While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:
Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee. If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described.
Leathers belts, Chaps, Portfolios and bags, leathers, cactus fiber threat, cases, sandals accessories western saddles, robs, must be returned within 15 days after the shipping date (Wholesalers). And within 3 days after the shipping date for detail sales.
Jackets, jeans, Shirts, Leathers cleaners liquids, any liquid bottle from our line of Maguey-Agave (Maguey medicinal, maguey cream and Tequila) Boots, items from our line of piteado's lady, must be unopened and unused, in the same way as we have sent it to your store
Perishables and personal care items (including leathers cleaners) may not be returned, unless defective or mis-shipped
No personalized items may be returned
We will not accept returns on orders for western Saddles sized 13 -15” and larger or other items delivered via “White Glove” delivery methods. If you have ordered one of these products please inspect the item carefully PRIOR TO SIGNING FOR IT. If the item is incorrect or damaged, refuse the delivery and you will receive a full refund. Once the item has been accepted it will be deemed to be correct and in good working condition. Any issues that arise after the item is signed for must be resolved inside the time through the OBREGON CORP. manufacturer’s warranty and before it is expired.
All our original exotic boots line are hand made assembly with just the use of computerized monitor, and dye lot machines on the finished color may vary slightly and due the complete handmade process on the cactus thread embroidery boots there may be variations that add the uniqueness in fit and natural beauty of a handmade product, not considered a reason for return. Occasionally leather and exotic skins will have natural scars or small markings that are inherent to the animal skin and also not to be considered blemishes. We do our best in the selection of the pieces and arrange the hide so they are not in a conspicuous area. Such markings only add to the authenticity and natural beauty of the product, and it is understood these inherent natural markings do not compromise in any way the quality of durability of our products.
Defective, Damaged or Mis-Shipped Items
You will receive a refund for the price of the item(s) along with shipping and handling costs for both initial shipment and return freight only for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. For all other items, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. Note: Refunds for the cost of shipping a returned item back to us are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. If you return an item via an expedited shipping method, you will still only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method.
Proper Conditions For Retur And Credit
Returning Online Purchases to Piteado fino Club or any other store.
Items purchased online at piteadofino.com cannot be returned at any piteado store or any other store where our logo is show up or piteado Club. To return items purchased on piteadofino.com, click on the “Return an Item” link at the bottom of any page where this link is show up and follow the directions. To be eligible for return, items must meet the conditions listed in the previous section, “Proper Conditions for Return and Credit.”
Requesting a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for an item, please log into your account and choose the appropriate order number to process a return request for the item within the return period stated above. Once processed, you will receive an e-mail with your RA# and a shipping label. Simply print the e-mail, cut out the label and attach it to your package.
Returns will not be accepted without an RA#. RA#(s) expire 10 days after the date of issuance. Items returned after that timeframe will not be accepted. If you are not using the preprinted shipping label provided to you, write the RA# clearly on the OUTSIDE of the shipping package, preferably in the address area of the return label. Please do not write directly on the manufacturer’s box. PLEASE CALL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) Only Unworn Undamaged items can be Exchanged another size or style within 30 days or store credit good for 1 year only. All regular shipping charges do apply. We do not reimburse shipping charges unless we made a mistake and shipped the wrong item. Exchanges/Returns may take up to 3-4 weeks to process from the time we receive the merchandise. If there is an impasse on a refund we will need to charge a 15% restocking fee, however your must CALL FOR APPROVAL RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) .
Returning an item(s) may change or void coupon discounts or refunds currently appearing on an order.
Return Shipping Methods
For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS® or Federal Express®. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method. If you choose to send your item by a non-trackable method, we recommend that you insure the package for the full value of your returned item.
Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by our suppliers. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
