The Quality which our boots are made
Absolutely all our boots are made using the exclusive Goodyear welt construction process, that is used to make the best kind of boots. This system allow always the flow of fresh air inside the footwear to insure the air circulation on it, giving comfort and durability without lose the strength. The procedure consist in our specialty hand stitching a grip (The Welt) to the boot's upper and inner sole, which has previously been scored in order to make a groove where the stitching sits. Once this is done a steel plate with a layer of cork attached is placed on the inner sole, which is then covered by a rubber sole to provide comfort support and cushioning for the entire foot, and the whole sole is stitched around the border. Finally the outer sole is affixed using a High-performance adhesive and then stitched by hand using a embedded stitching technique. The sole is also stitch to the base of the boot through a groove which is then covered over with another layer of leather. All the materials used to make every single part of the boots is supervised and qualified review at the end of our production line to always guarantee our insuperable quality.
