Shipping Options

Buyer is to pay shipping and handling of amount stated in the listing. Because we want every item that we send out to arrive to safely, we insure every item that leaves our warehouse at our own expense.
After your payment you might receive a UPS tracking number, that does not mean the item has left our warehouse yet.
Please be aware it may take up to 5 to 7 business days for your order to arrive. The UPS tracking number will become active at some time during the 5-7 day period
We try to ship every item the same day in which your order is placed and payment is verified, however it usually takes 1 or 2 business days during heavy sales periods to process the order.

We ship internationally, to APO and PO Boxes. We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc). Only Alabama residents will be charged state sales tax (4%). Our international customers are only charged exact shipping. We cannot pay or be responsible for any additional taxes or fees that may be charged at customs delivery outside the US. Sorry, we cannot accept any non US money orders.

For international shipments, we highly recommend shipping with FedEx International Economy. Delivery time is (usually 3-5 business days) and more reliable then Air Parcel Post. The status of Express Mail delivery can also be tracked with the U.S. Postal Service; this service is not available for Air Parcel Post. If you are ordering internationally please be aware of your country customs imports policies. However the U.S.A. Have signed free trade agreements with most of the countries around the world there is still some that not (e.g. Cuba) We strong recommend to those Latin American countries interested in make business with us contact Mexico company at +52229-938-7712 or +52229-922-30-64 To figure out how to solve your request, but it is your responsibility to know if your domestic customs agents will accept merchandise from the U.S.A., Mexico, or China.
