Sales Tax Policy
Appropriate sales tax is calculated during the order check out process and is based on current local, state and federal laws.
Any taxes imposed will be specified in your Cart prior to submitting your order.
International Orders
Please be aware of your countries import policies. It is your responsibility to know if your customs agents will accept merchandise from the USA. If we make and ship the ordered product and you do not receive the merchandise due to customs confiscation we can not issue refund
Errors and Omissions
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price as a result of a display or typographical error or an error in pricing information provided by our product suppliers, piteadofino.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price. piteadofino.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, piteadofino.com shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of your original charge.

Missing Shipping Orders
Occasionally, we may run out of stock of a particular item, in which case the item may be back ordered or, if you wish, exchanged for another item or refunded if we will not restock, or refunded if you wish.

Shipping and delivery timeframes quoted on the site will not begin until appropriate approval and verification of your order has been obtained.
We do our best to make sure your products request are shipped within the desired time frames. However even when we do our part getting the package out on time and the shipping companies misses the desired delivery date, you need to file up a claim directly with the shipping company for package loss. We will help you to fil it up the claim form, but we cannot guarantee any shippers delivery dates of services, after our FOB in Hollywood FL. Wear house. Back Orders
All discounted and closeout product is sold as is, and all sales are final. Most of those items ARE showed IN OUR SPECIALS & REBATES SCREEN.
